ORIFORI Lamp shade (Blue)/ S

One piece of ORIFORI TEXTILE can be transformed into a variety of three-dimensional forms through folding, inspired by the structural principles of Japanese origami. For this edition, the textile is shaped and fixed as a sculptural pendant lampshade, allowing it to arrive ready to use.

Made from lightweight polyester felt with a coloured puff-print pattern, the subtle difference in thickness between the printed areas and the base fabric naturally guides the folds and gives the shade its structured form.

To install, simply place the lampshade over a hanging light socket and tie the string at the top to gather the pleats and secure it in place. 

When illuminated, light passes softly through the folded textile, revealing the geometric pattern and creating a warm atmosphere.
